Dear Daniel,

I accidentally printed something multiple times and the printer won’t stop! How do I cancel a print job through Windows 7?

Well, Petunia, note the bottom right hand corner of your screen near the date/time. To the left you should see an arrow pointing up. When you hover your mouse above it, it should say “Show Hidden Icons”. Click on the arrow and a pop-up menu will appear and you should see an icon that resembles a printer. Right click on the icon and select “Open Active Printers”. A new window will appear listing all print jobs for that computer. Right click on each job and select “Cancel Job”. You should notice a change in status for each (Should say “Deleting Job” or something to that effect). Keep in mind the Printer icon will not appear unless you are printing something.
